mole-e30
Thanks Darrel, you had a good day too matey I had a great day with the 6BR, I was doubting my choice of gun at the start, but then remembered the key to it would be to shoot fast. I really am a fan of the new Seb Neo rest, it excellent and the inbuilt uplift on the forend makes coming back onto target a sinch. I worked out that the wind was about 30mph as I had 5 MOA wind on and it was coming from 5 o'clock. You know its windy when almost everyone was getting blown off a sheet of 24" paper at 600 yards. Elwood, my groups were 5.297", 9.5", 5.805" & 15.25" (last group was 9.25" but 1 penalty added 6") The guys with few penalties were going to do well, so I was pleased with only 1 shot off, the wind was anything but steady, so it was easy to start in the centre then drift either (or both) ways. A great day was had by all, and to all those thinking of coming please do 600 yards is really fun and its a wonderful bunch of people. Thanks as usual to Vince for running an excellent shoot. Elwood
3rd-4th March. Cool, I might just look into that unless I have a prior engagement. I presume I wouldn't look a total c ock using a F class open rifle for BR ?
