1967spud
you cant use a muzzle brake in the f class league so im guessing may be not for club shoots in f class not sure about the others
baldie
Brakes aren't frowned upon at Diggle Barry. You cant use them in F class, or scored BR due to their particular rules. Doesn,t stop you shooting the disciplines though, the scores wouldn,t count though. Vince and the guys are very accomodating as you know, and dont want to stop anyone shooting. Its always polite to mention it to the RO, so they can squad you on the end. When i use the 338 for 1000 yards, i usually wait while everyone else has shot their groups, then let drive with the beast. That way everyone is happy, and the folks with loose teeth can back right off...... Hell yeah.
gunnery
point taken on waiting till the end to shoot the only reason i was thinking of muzzle brake was because when i have shot tactical at diggle occasionaly mod as come loose even though it is tight on thread so i suppose the answer is to shoot without mod but then it means re zeroing before shoot or is there another way. Hatzi
You wont have an issue with a brake on a Mcqueens or tactical. On a mcqueens you choose who you shoot with anyway.
