weejohn
I managed this wee buck the other night , more luck than skill though. This wasnt the one i was after so shall need to catch up with it at some other point. The other 1 is missing an antler so resembles a dagger on its head. I came across this buck on the way back to the pickup, i was walking up the plough and it just happened to be walking down the plough so lay and waited. He spotted me at around 4 metres so i shot him at the base of the neck which travelled into its chest cavity, destroyed the lungs and lodged itself half way dow the rib cage under the skin. I was amazed to recover the 105 amax being so close and the recovered bullet weighed 35gr.
