Orka Akinse
Gents I'm having a picatinney rail fitted to my Sako and was looking for a new set of rings to fit when I noticed Sako make a set of optilock bases to fit a picatinney rail. Whats the quality like? Are they as good say badgers? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. ATB OA
AnthonyR
I have a set, but as yet they are unused as I don't yet have my rifle. I bought them because I already had a set of Optilock 34mm rings so this was the cheapest option whilst still hopefully being excellent quality. I think all other Optilock products are very good, so should be fine.
Orka Akinse
Thanks for that were both on the same lines thought wise. I'd be interested to know where you bought them and a rough idea of price. The website I saw them on was last updated in 2009 ATB and thanks OA
AnthonyR
I bought them from Chris Potter Country Sports http://www.gun.co.uk/?p1=4&p2=21 However they weren't listed on their website, so I had to phone up and they ordered them in for me, any other GMK dealer should be able to do the same I can't find the recpeit at the moment but they were in the region of £80 delivered IIRC
