Just got the spec sheets for the New Terrapin laser range finder from Vectronix , its available March/April , price around $1950 USD .

 

Max range 2.4 k

 

Specified range is 1.8k .

 

beam 0.4 x 2.4 mil , weight 500g , mil spec ,

Un sure , what you want via PM , or is it some one else thru you .

 

RE the Terrapin , its OK , but for me , the PLRF-10/15 make more sense , even thou they are more expensive , it that makes sense .

 

With the cheap cost and advances in electronics , I expected more from the Terrapin , than JUST the RANGE , I expected a far better spec .

 

IE , compass , angle & bluetooth & GPS , all in one .

Tried the Vectronix site - doesn't appear to be any infor on the Terrapin as yet.
