Andy Depends on whether you run long strings of shots through it or not. If not then 2000 plus easily. Mine gets used a good bit but with few long shot strings. It cleaned with two patches last night and is still as smooth as the day I got it. BTW that load seems awful hot. Even with Lapua brass. You'd also need to figure that into the equation. The Gun Pimp Posted December 31, 2010 Report Share Posted December 31, 2010 Generally, in benchrest we reckon a 6PPC will 'peak' at around 1200 rounds - after that it's downhill.
