Send it back to LabRadar via the importer / shop it was purchased from.

if you bought secondhand or your out of warrenty then send it back yourself

it’s an easy fix and not hard to do , there great bunch to deal with  and very helpful .

A friend bought it in from the US for me as i wanted the full fat version ... I emailed them and their asking me to send it to March Scopes so we'll see ?

  2. Great idea .. I'm glad I'm not the only one that noticed the issue even though the scope does claim to have more than enough correction for my eye ? I found changing the reticle was a option for me which didn't eliminate the problem but made it much better .

But would it be possible to do the same service for other RFD'S if so whose RFD would you be on ?

I guess that would muddy the water even more .... However that's not the reason their giving in my case .

I believe the RFD FAC is in one person's name. They can name other people who are employees at the RFD business as servants permitting them to be covered by the RFD FAC. That list is given to the police and recorded against the FAC. This means you could be sent with or collect restricted items for the RFD. You can be an employee of the RFD and not a servant of the RFD as well. For example working in the shop selling clothing etc or the person that keeps the books.

If a person or company provides a service to an RFD they would not be covered by the RFDs FAC and would need to be covered by their own FAC to be in possession of FAC restricted items. So a company that does cerakoting jobs for an RFD would need their own RFD FAC to take the guns away and do the job. But could do the job without an FAC if the parts are in the presence a servant of the RFD all of the time for example.

    That is my understanding anyway.

I understand what your saying and it sounds right put that way ... I guess my frustration is down to one area allowing it without any fuss only to find my area stating the paid part stops me being a servant .. They seem happy enough with my circumstances to grant me an RFD for the same purposes but it still seems a play on words but with an additional application fee ... Or am i being a Cynic

  5. Can anyone tell me what constitutes being a servant of please .....

I'm being told that if you provide a service to an RFD and recieve payment via an invoice then your not a servant of that RFD ..... However if you are on the payroll of the RFD then you can which makes no sense to me and seems like a play on words  ?

    Just a thought…..

First they came for the Communists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Communist
Then they came for the Socialists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Socialist
Then they came for the trade unionists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a trade unionist
Then they came for the Jews
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Jew
    Then they came for me
And there was no one left
    To speak out for me

So true ... It's just around the corner !

I'm really close to going for the Pard I just don't want to get down the line and wish I bought a pulsar c50.

Has anyone seen through both of these scopes and can say a difference in image clarity?

    Thanks guys

    I haven't looked through the C50 so i can't comment on that one ....

Clarity is a hard one as the base mags are different .... Mag the Hik upto the pard's 5.5x and the pard will win . I was amazed how good the Hik was on base mag but it lost it when you increased it ... I went with the pard for my 22lr as it had the rangefinder and ballistics etc and it works fine .. Yes there are things i don't like ... The rangefinder would have been better on the side level with the centre of the scope and closer to it imho ... The IR is one better ones that normally comes with these scopes but at 350 yards a better IR is needed to see ... I put the XTL on and it cleaned up the image out to 400 yards ish ..... For me on the 22 the built in IR is fine ....

Look at the clarity on the Mag your happy shooting on and that's the only way to answer your question .

  8. On a different note ... When i zero'd the pard , my 455 had a 30 moa aftermarket rail on which i thought may be too much to get a 25 yard zero . My plan was to take a 20 moa rail riser and put it on backwards to reduce the difference to just 10 moa . The pard zero'd without the riser and it's bought the rangefinder down to almost the level of the crosshairs . I mention this as I've heard some people saying their rangefinder was too high and almost out of screen ?
