  1. The old 40 grn eley subs were the best imo that’s all I ever used along with eley HV that were the same bullet just a bit more punch .

what I did Neil was start around 15 Inch pounds for BOTH action screws  … 10 shot group then

16 inch pounds ….10 shot group

you know where is going , and I ended up at 22 inch pounds

I think the max torque is 28 inch pounds for both screws .

I think it does make a difference be it a small one .

    Give it a go

Would it make a difference that there are two licence holders at the address both license holders shot gun and FAC does then mean 30kg can be held?

    NO .
if you want more  , you need an explosive license

    no ifs ….no buts

like I said , contact your FEO or Firearms department

that’s one of there jobs .

  3. Most don’t . But it all goes FIZZ … POP….BANG ….WHOOOOSH haha.

think of the poor fire-persons standing outside your house try to put it out .

You can hold more but....   you would need an explosives license and of course meet the conditions of that license

    👍👍👍

  4. 15Kg of ALL smokeless powder on premises that’s including shotgun carts .

when I was doing lots of clay shooting on the circuit we used to chip in ( 3 of us ) and buy a pallet load which had  26K

thay had to be split in at least 2 different locations, and no not 13k under the stairs and the other 13k in the garage , as in spilt and taken away .
Depending on the carts I think it was between 10-13k of shells contains around 15 KG of smokeless powder

FEO was very strict about it and still are.

double check with your Firearms dept
