If so you'd need to have the barrel set back assuming there is enough shank left and the barrel hasn't seen many rounds. Probably best to go with a new barrel. Vermincinerator Posted November 18, 2016 Report Share Posted November 18, 2016 Your 595 has a .995"x16 TPI thread the Atlas thread is 1.062"x18 TPI so you could have it turned down the re-threaded it would also have to be set back because i do believe the Atlas action has a cone bolt face Ian.
