.243 Moderator

Can anyone recommend a decent moderator for the .243? at the moment I'm using the wildcat Evolution , but don't really think its that great at toning it down? its great for the fact you can change it between various calibre and its pretty light. Granted you won't take away the sonic crack , but it does seem very loud, would the predator 8 be much better? so many people rave about the Evolution , but it hasn't impressed me, still have ringing ears after using it maybe I've just got sensitive hearing with older age ... lol?

let the wildcat evolution get dirty mine is a lot better after a few rounds and are you using a short barrel

I have a Hausken JD184 on a .223 and I'm impressed with it's performance considering the weight (270g) and 10cm addition to the barrel length. I'd imagine that their JD224 (+31dB, 310g) or SD228 (+31dB, 480g) models are what you'd be looking for.
