widows son Posted April 9, 2010 Report Share Posted April 9, 2010 Lost or Stolen Two springer spaniel dogs liver and white ,one is 3 the other is 15 months disappeared on Monday night from Montgreenan just outside Irvine, Ayrshire ,Scotland These belong to a mate of mine who was cleaning out kennels the dogs were running about the area of the house, within 10 minutes they had vanished without trace ,if anyone heres of any information I'd be grateful . 3bl Posted April 9, 2010 Report Share Posted April 9, 2010 Bad news on your mates springers,if you have travellers staying in the area then they have probably stolen the dogs,you could tell your mate to make up a reward poster and post it at the entrance of the camp they are staying at.Make sure the poster says how much money your mate is prepared to pay,keep the reward small as they will try to double it,travellers are illiterate but they do understand money,he could also say that the dogs were diabetic,epileptic,etc they are very superstitious and may well just set the dogs free in your area. good luck, 3bl Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If he hasnt already it would be worth contacting 'dog lost' who specialise in getting the word out among other dog owners and also offer help and advice in dealing with any ransom demands.
