A date with a gong!!!!

Well All i would like to say is that i had an overdue date with a 751yrd gong????

 

Started the day at 800, Then out to 940 and then 981,,,

 

Things were looking good!!!

 

Now this 751 yrd gong is only 4" in dia,,,

 

First shot just at the side!!!!!, Not to bad

Shot was taken from the little brown coluored field , in line with the farm in the distance clump of bushes

Second shot, direct hit and the gong was no more

 

600yrd gong three shots, Half inch group!!!!!!!! Bloody hell

Thanks to trigger and Long range capt for a fantastic day out,,,

All data sorted now ready for new cards of BD,

Good friends and good company,,,, and i think trig has got the pic of the 751yrd gong?? and my ugly mug

I am using a Accuracy international AW in 6.5x47,,Border barrel, and a jet z compact,,

That was the first outing on the gongs with my new scope

S&B 12-50x56 pm11,,,

And thank to Glen i got all my data done in one session

hi Darrel i am new to forum but we met at Diggle a couple of Sundays back when you where with trigger i also went to triggers last week to try out my new Barnard 07 in .260 remy 26" trueflight ultramatch barrell what a rifle 800yrd Gong first hit glen as a fantastic place and he is a great guy and very helpfull
