We have no seasons for big or small Game in New Zealand,this Boar is a good size,they do grow to 300lbs plus but 200lbs is a very good Pig. Chris-NZ Posted March 24, 2010 Report Share Posted March 24, 2010 Was in the local gunshop at lunchtime Monday and two of the regulars there had had a good day on Sunday- by 10am, they had scored a ten point red stag and a pig that went off-scale on the 220lb scales. They were checking prices on a bigger scale. Showed me the cellphone pics of these two and the boar was massive. No damage done to their dogs so they were extra happy.
