Andrew Posted January 23, 2010 Report Share Posted January 23, 2010 The powder charge is 13.0 grains of Lil Gun with a 35 grain V-Max tho any bullet up to 40 grains is suitable for this charge and may be used. Standard Small Pistol Primers Case prep is the key to this load: :Neck size. :Trim to length after every firing. :Flare case mouth with Lee Universal Expander die. This helps seat bullet straight and avoids rumpled case necks. Flare just enough to allow the bullet base to enter the case mouth. There are other expanders but I've found the Lee to be perfect. After charging and seating... : Crimp lightly with Lee Factory Crimp Die. : Shoot straight!
