jon Posted January 15, 2010 Report Share Posted January 15, 2010 Forgot to add : Winload is a programme based on the Homer Powley method of calculating cartridge load/velocity and pressure. I believe it was written by someone at Bisley (Tiff ??). Whilst it produces useful data I would still use it alongside load manuals and CS.!!
