devilishdave
I stalked in to one of my high seats tonight; I had cleared a track earlier on in the week so I could get in through the folige relatively quietly. I had been in the seat for about 5 mins and I was going to have a blat on the butallo, I caught a glimpse of a fox out of the corner of my eye. It went behind some cover so I tried to cal it; it just went right to left at a steady pace not to interested in my squeeking then disopeard. 2 mins later I looked right and this little fellow was sat there looking straight at me so I slowly leveld the rifle at him and squeezed the trigger. He droped to the shot. Normaly when out for deer I would have left this fox but I had not blooded the rifle since I got the new barrel and scope so I was keen to get somthing under it's belt!!
