Re-Pete Posted July 13 Report Share Posted July 13 Try this for a start: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0301679X23007521 The term "Sebert Factor" doesn't actually appear, so I may be wrong, but I think it's about friction between bullet jacket and bore surface, and it's effect on barrel wear and muzzle velocity.
