I was wondering if someone could run a .223 load thru a ballistic program for me??

The bullet would be 77 grs and the barrel would be 20 inches...Could you figure how much energy and velocity it would have at 800yrds?? Thanks in advance.

With a start velocity of about 2500 fps/ shooting a 77 grn berger vld....

at 800 yards you will have 1151 fps left and 221 ft-lbs left.

using Xbal and Load from a disc.

All the checks ive done, and to get 2750 out of a 20 inch tube ...thats gonna be one hot load !! ;)

May be my data is incorrect ?

Gonna have another look in load from a disc.
