How do you do a partial quote in a reply, so you can quote just some of the text in any particular post?

Whats the difference betwean a full edit and a fsat edit as they seem the same to me?

What does the "- quote" mean when quoting from a post?

i hope you see what i mean.

Click the "quote" button - it should change colour or do something like that, then click the "reply" button. You'll then be presented with a text box as normal but also showing the text you've quoted in which you can chop and change whatever you like of the quoted piece - if that makes sense.

Not really sure about your second question. I imagine clicking edit and choosing fast edit, taking a look around then selecting the full editor you'll notice some or other extras.

Do you mean why does the + quote button change to - quote? Don't know, just know it does what I want it to - usually...
