foxhunter
Me and Ratcherman laid in ambush last night on dusk watching the side of a wood to see if a roe buck would put in an appearance . After about 1/2 an hour of waiting a doe appeared about 180 yards away and was content just to feed. We watched her for about 20 mins hoping a buck would appear but a fox emerged intead I told Ratcherman to take the fox when he was ready as he had plenty of time as it never knew we were there . Ratcherman dropped the very smelly dog fox at 164 paces :clapper: Then we decided to lamp the golf course and clean up a few bunnies ............. A very enjoyable evening
