Not sure what the OV part is ? they don't seem to match the BC or look of the usual 26414 Hybrid target bullets

I actually don’t know what the OV part stands for or if there is any difference, box will be different due to old styling I am guessing but not sure on why the BC is also different

Different bullet, you have VLD's, the buyer wants hybrids.
