Redfox
It has more to do with the performance being identical to the 7 mm Rem Mag which is much more popular and available. Redfox
auquhollie
Ok, So Sako (my first choice) and remmy 700(my second choice) dont do the 7mm saum. Well not unless you want a $3000 remmy (which im not sure I do). So were does this leave me?. What other rifle builders out there do the 7mm saum off the shelf?. What I want to know is what other options do I have if I want a 7mm SAUM? Without off loading £3000 on a custom (I abuse my rifles to much to warrant one of those). Vermincinerator
Ads, Any rifle chambered for any of the WSM family of cartridges will work with a re-barrelling in 7mm SAUM Although i would have gone for the 7mmWSM myself, much more popular then the SAUM and you can get quality brass. auquhollie
So would a wssm re-chamber to a wsm?. I agree about the WSM. It was my first choice untill i tried to find brass. It was like hens teath in the UK. I think due to the f class lads using the 7WSM and maybe stock piling. Hence going for the SAUM. It takes about 10 grains less as well so cheaper to run. As long as i can push the 180 bergers at about 2950 ill be happy. Ok, I have some more net surfing ammo Ads
