Schultz and Larsen venom mod

This has been sat at my RFD, it’s a Schultz and Larsen venom Moderator threaded 18x1, max 6.5 cal, I had this on a rifle for about a month where it probably fired around 12 shots, then the rifle was sold so it’s been at my RFD since. It cost me over £300 and has done nothing, was looking for £200 shipped to your RFD, it’s the smaller version seen in the picture below.
