ARMS quick release 30mm mounts

These are the newer Mk2 version and are in superb order. Just came on a rifle I have just bought but I have no use for them.

They have an M stamped on the bottom but I don't know if that designates Medium?

They are separate mounts not a uni mount if that's what you mean
