sandersj89
I have the chance of picking up a second hand RCBS auto 4X4 press. The guy is not sure what to charge and I don’t know if they are any good. I have had a look at the item and it is complete and seems well made, certainly weighs enough! Are these presses any good and what would be a fair price for it second hand? I cant see it listed on the RCBS website so don’t know if it is still produced, would that be a concern if looking to source spares/dies? Thanks Jerry
Ronin
Not sure about if one of these beasts would require spares. But if its the turret type (with a spinning top where the dies go) I would check there isnt excessive play in the top. Dies should be regular 7/7th x14 tpi, like most others (except arbour presses)

He also has a RCBS partner press, might be more suitable given the volume I am thinking about reloading....
