Alycidon Posted August 9, 2008 Report Share Posted August 9, 2008 Those little Fruit Shoot bottles filled with water would be a good target, 3 inches high, maybe 1 1/2" wide. Have to start collecting my kids empties for our next blast. We did try some ballons last time out but the shrapnel kills 3 or 4 at a time. We did have them close together though. Guest northernchris Posted August 11, 2008 Report Share Posted August 11, 2008 Hi Foxshot Smaller close range targets 3"-5" Dia ,20mm-25mm thick upto 500yrds,anything over 500yrds for say at 700 yrds 8mm-10mm works well.I have been useing "Hardox" for all my own gongs but price is not cheap.I have some "off cuts" from Tikka i have made into Gongs but waiting to test their durability in use.
