As above, Tier-One Picatinny rail for s/a Rem 700 or clone, 0 M.O.A.. hardly used, comes with T10 Stainless Torx Screw for fitting. It has slight cosmetic marks on upper grooves where Nightforce rings have screws that seem to want to mark the anodizing but these are completely covered by the rings,
