DL.
Has anyone done one of the new courses in the use of rodenticide? I've heard from my local college that it's a day long course and priced at £290.00 and I'm wondering what the alternatives are. http://www.nfus.org.uk/news/2015/july/rules-re-written-rodenticide-use

They are what they are. a means of getting a cert to enable someone to buy "professional" products. If you have had any rodent control experience, nothing much you didn't know anyway. If your a farmer, gamekeeper etc then you will need to get on a course to be able to buy and use certain rodenticides (I don't think the new rule applies to 1st generation anti coagulants like warfarin) Like Adrien says you won't earn anything from them it's just another way of somebody making money!! DL.
Thanks guys! I thought it all might be a bit of bureaucracy. I live in a region where the rats may be resistant to two of the five available second generation options.
