Ruger_shooter
I have been reading about the Kimber 84M Pro Varmint rifle (.204) and the specs are very impressive. They are priced at £860 and I wondered if anyone has any experience of Kimber brand. Should I be looking at another maker for this money?
Alycidon
They are fairly popular in the US mainly as walking stalking/varmint rifles in calibers up to about .308. Not heard anything bad about them and they certainly do some nice timber upgrades. Price sounds pretty good, you wont get a new Cooper for that. 6mmBR
They look quality rifles, unfotunately I don't have any experience with them. However I own a Cooper which is A1, the guy who started Cooper used to work with Kimber. They certainly look value for money when you put them up against a stock Remy. baldie
Brian Fox had a couple of the tactical ones on display at diggle a few weeks back. They were in mcmillans, and looked to be duracoated. They looked very nice, dont know how they shoot. I personally wouldn,t have one, because they are Mauser 98 actioned....not that theres anything wrong with that, but i personally dont like it.The appear to be excellent value for money.
