sauer
As above folks A sightron s-tac 2.5x17x56 IR moa scope This scope is boxed and has NEVER been mounted on a rifle , How do I know ? I bought one when first came out and had bit of trouble not so long ago so sent back to AIM field sports and they have a sent me a new one as replacement, in mean time I bought a nightforce BR scope for what I was doing, so this sightron is surplus to requirements , I'm away from home with work but home couple days I will post pics once I seen it myself! They are £800 new plus postage £700 incl delivery Pics to follow in couple days Paul

rusty53
hi paul what was the problem with the origional scope
sauer
I put it on with a torq setting into TPS rings and discovered it had marked the body slightly crimped , which it shouldn't have I spoke to AIM me was told that some of the original batch had been made with the wrong grade of material , wasn't a lot , but timeframe matched my scope and purchase . Can't fault the scope other than that & the lifetime warranty etc And AIM for way it was handled was fantastic Just had to wait for replacement as stock low and in demand, In mean time I purchased another scope to get by and this is now " not needed" And it's worth more than scope I'm song as replacement , but have more plans to save for a thermal so sightron going hopefully Paul
