Good Load for 7 mm Berger 168 Target VLDs

As per the title, I've been given some 168 grain Berger VLD target bullets to try in my .284 Win F Class rifle. I normally shoot 180's and have nice loads for these and can extrapolate suitable loads with QuickLoad based on data I already have. But does anyone shoot the 168s regularly and if so, please would you mind sharing your data?

 

I have RS 70, RS 60 (Elcho 17) and H4350.
