bradders
With the arrival of a new supply of han guards from American Defense, I was keen to build something today to see how they looked. This is the 13.5" Low Light rail. I planned to build up a 16" carbine and had a 16.5" Sassen 1:8 blank doing nothing, so that got used in its full 16.5" length. Med weight and Mid length profile, chambered in .223 Wylde, sporting a Doofer® and Armor Black Cerakote. Buttstock is a Vltor IMod (as selected by the USMC for the M16A5 rifle), it sits on a LMT buffer tube and the trigger is a Geissele SSA. Grip is a MOE and the mag is a Hexmag Optic is a Vortex 2.5-10x32 in a 30mm ADM Recon mount I couldn't quite get the light and colour balance right, but here's the pics anyway Weight as pictured 4.2kg Me likey
