It will be going on to a sporter barrel so doesn't need to be heavy but on the other hand hoping for some assistance on the recoil reduction front. Recomendations and experiences please. ChrisF Posted April 30, 2015 Report Share Posted April 30, 2015 I will be testing the new ODL 300Wm rated can soon , it is almost the same size as the 1st AI can , but more meat in the blast area , weight gone from 205 to 240gm , and 3mm longer over back of brake , these are made for the AI tac brake , but soon they will make their own QD locking system . bewsh Posted May 12, 2015 Report Share Posted May 12, 2015 had an ASE ultra when it arrived but its a hideous thing and not as effective at attentuation as the current crop of PES/MAE T12's slimmer, possibly heavier but it does a very good job on both sound and recoil Heads up to anyone buying one. make sure the date of manufacture is after the design upgrade that includes: internal vortex fins rear boss crimp deeper penetration on TIG weld I managed to blow and older style one with repeated range use current one has had long strings and several hundred rounds through it faultlessly Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
