baldie
Just finished these two recently. First up is a .223 Wylde AR in left hand. Upper is a DPMS , cnc machined out to take my new charger. Barrel is a Border Cut rifled 1 in 7" at 20" and fitted with a Doofer brake. Ceracoated black. Fore end is a Samson and the stock is a CTR Magpul. High Standard Lower with lightened springs and smoothed trigger. MOE grip. Took it to Diggle last saturday and shot the lower group with GGG as a running in group of sorts. This ammo seems to give the same results in any barrel or twist I,ve tried it in, and is defiantly not as good as it was. Then shot the top group, in fairly gusty conditions. The third group started to tighten up. These last two were with Vhit 140 and 69 grain SMK,s. I,m pretty sure this will be a 1/2" / 100 yds gun with a sorted 77SMK load. The next one is a rifle I built a while back as a high-power gun, which was always loaded via the T bar. With the advent of the new handle, it came back for conversion. Love this gun.
