Can you tell me if this is the unimount and what the height is and if it is the short or long saddle, please?

Yes it is a TET Unimount.

I think it is long saddle, just measured it at 150mm

Base to bottom of ring 14mm

I used it with a 6-24x56 Hensoldt on an AW
