Panda
Is there any connection here with Northern Optics i in the past have purchased Burris rings from them nice bunch to deal with It is indeed Gunnery. The whole lot of the lads involved in the new range seem a good bunch.

Panda
What's with the blue barrels? Additional attenuation? Shielding muzzle break blast...? I'm sure Stuart can clarify but Darrel who was doing the meet and greet last Sunday told me they served 2 purposes. As well as being lined with foam to reduce noise, the main purpose is to restrict the movement of rifle barrels ensuring they stay within the safety template. onslow52
Hi lads basically what the man above has said to reduce blast/noise and keep shots on the backstop.
gunnery
are the barrels a success at keeping the noise level down that could be intresting
onslow52
We only have had 2 shoots so far with no complaints of noise. The nearest building on the farm is about 1/2 mile from the firing point. At this stage they seem to be a success even with the 30 boo boo unmoderated. That bald headed Geordie
Hi Stuart, what days/times do you shoot at 1000yds? Can anyone with an FAC and shooter cert card visit and shoot as a visitor? Any other range info would be appreciated. Cheers, Les
