shotgun sam
There was a post on pigeon watch that Police Scotland had changed the form for Grants/Renewals and when you go to the police Scotland website the form has indeed been changed the following link takes you to the page about certificates (main forms and information sheets). http://www.scotland.police.uk/about-us/finance/service-fees-and-charges/firearms/ Hopefully someone that knows how to make an editable version will create it and post it on the forum. I have spoken to SACS and the new form (Application grants/Renewals) are for the whole of the UK as the previous one had a lot of faults/errors in the Statutory Instrument and due to the nature of this legislation a new Statutory Instrument is required to make the necessary amendments legal. See link for relevant Statutory Instrument. Sam http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2014/1239/made
les
You can find editable forms on the BASC site - for some reason I cannot post a link to it here.
MrCetrizine
They came into force at the end of last year. The other change was that you no longer have different amounts of ammo that you can buy and hold, you can now buy the amount you can hold in one go but only if you've had a grant or variation since the change.
