sako 75 .243 Posted May 11, 2014 Report Share Posted May 11, 2014 Was I my one of my high seats this morning before sunrise after a nice Muntjac Buck that I know is in the plantation...3 hours came and went!..Bugger he was a no show!..So I unload the rifle and climb down a rickerty 12ft! Out of the corner of my eye I see movement...so slipped the mag in,cranked a round in the chamber and this old girl was walking though the brambles 40 yards away,i dropped to one knee and gave her a broad side!...no 17 since 1st jan! I just got in from another session - I lost sight of a fox in the long grass before I could shoot it at one point, but put a bullet into a dog fox about an hour later to make up for it.
