Help with messenger please

I can't pm anyone and they can't pm me, I have looked at the help file and it says click on your name and then click manage personal messenger (or something like that) but I do not have that message coming up. Any idea would be good

Could be but I can't find that on the site rules. You were one of the guys I tried to buy from but missed out as I couldn't pm you. Maybe a moderator can tell us why ?

Only just noticed this post - apols for delay (that said, it's taken you 3 years to notice this fault )

For no good reason the system seems to occasionally randomly default people to 'no PM'.

Should be working now.
