Finman
Good one...I wonder what's the group size in moa...
MrCetrizine
24" plate, so less than 1 moa. Though Laurie noticed in another thread that the first shot hit the ground first and then hit the plate sideways.
Swamp Donkey
That's a fair way away. Tiff, up for it ? ?
PCal
I believe Tiff has plans for making a shot similar to the one above. He's just waiting on some swanky new LRF's to be delivered then I think we shall be putting up the steel IPSC target......
Swamp Donkey
Good lad. Can always use gps instead of a uber expensive lrf
PCal
I did mention that to him however it isn't accurate enough apparently. Will make sure we get some decent footage when we get round to it.

Swamp Donkey
Nope. If you watch carefully, you'll see the dirt splash just before the 'hit'
oaken
I love that sound :-D Don't think a ricochet would have enough energy to dent the steel like that, my money is on a hit but tumbling. The follow up shot went high too. At that range the slightest irregularity in bullet surface would cause instability through transonic, could even be caused by marks from the rifling?
