6.5mm/.260 Calibre Specific Anglo TRG brake. 18x1 thread.

Calibre specific 6.5mm/.260 Anglo TRG brake (currently painted, see bottom pics).

 

18x1 thread - no indexing/timing required (as per the TRG design).

 

£97 posted (recorded).

 

 

 

 

Comparison of Anglo brake with normal TRG brake:

Unlike the TRG brake, the Anglo is calibre specific (and therefore more efficient on smaller calibres) ….and about an ounce lighter.

The TRG brake, whilst being in my view the best brake design on the market, has one drawback: it’s available in any size you want as long as that’s 338.

 

The calibre difference is obvious here:

I see the Anglo as something of a 'TRG Plus'.

 

 

The one for sale is the one from the pics above, but currently painted (easily removed 'normal' paint') and in perfect condition beneath the paint:
