altberg microlite boots

Hello, my lowas are ready for the bin so im about to replace them, has anyone used the altberg microlites and if so could you recomend them ? Thanks. Jason

I have a pair of high moor keeper Albert, they are superb, they also do a rubber coated version if you use them in heather etc lot, I highly recommend any of the altberg gear.

Ive used the micros few yrs back for working in the desert good boot but found back then the soles were quite hard not sure what they are like these days but i now wear the desert mountain boot ( http://www.altberg.co.uk/product/desert-mountain/ ) with added Svartz footed insoles ( http://www.altberg.co.uk/svartz-footbeds/product/anatomic-absorber/ ) they are like wearing a pair of trainers, that good thinking of buying another pair.
