dorg Posted April 14, 2014 Report Share Posted April 14, 2014 Just be aware the amount of heat and blast from a magnum will heat a moderator very quickly, I would go for a moderator with as bigger volume as possible to help with this, may not be a problem on a stalking rifle but will be a big issue on a target rifle. I ran an ASE ultra on a 300 win mag , after 2 shots you could not touch the mod due to the heat or shoot it for mirage. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
