silent_varmintor
Lately I've been getting this annoying flicker of light and contrast if i have the thermal angle facing up. For example if i am at the bottom of a field and i want to look up the light changes and then i get this horrible dull grey, cant make out anything apart from outlines of trees, hills etc, cant pick up any heat at all when its like this. Ive added a video of whats its like rather than me try and explain it. Dont know if there is any settings i should play with or if i have done something in the setting menu that ive not realised. The white hot spots are Roe deer in the hill. Thanks Craig

silent_varmintor
ive got it on auto. Ive recently been told that this is normal due to the sky being a lot colder, the sensitivity changes on the sensor because of it. So kinda bottom line is try not point it towards the skyline, bit of a pain in the arse .
