nightforce or vortex razor?

Hello guys.

Which is better. Nightforce 8-32x56 or razor 5-20x50?

It will be used for Stalking and McQueen's.

I wouldn't want either as a dedicated stalking scope. But i would buy the Night force, I don't know if there any better not having looked through a Vortex. But the night force will almost defitantly hold better money if you wanted to sell it.
