Stuart Anselm
I have several - what are you looking for, right bolt right port or right bolt left port or are you going to leave the ejector out?
pcon
Right bolt and no ejector in stainless... If you have one with the extractor, that'd be great...

Shootist
What is the benefit of leaving the ejector out?
pcon
Leaving the ejector out, would mean, on the firing line in a competition, the fired cases would be taken out by hand instead of being flung several feet around the firing point. Shootist
Thanks for that. Obvious I suppose. I have a Schmidt Rubin K31, the ejector on which is, I'm sure, some sort of anti aircraft device. It slings the cases a hell of a distance. At Bisley I sometimes get them thrown back at me from 3 or 4 firing slots away.
The Gun Pimp
What is the benefit of leaving the ejector out? There was a line of thought - amongst benchrest shooters - that the ejector could 'load' the case on one side thus affecting accuracy. Of late, the feeling is that the speed offered by an ejector is of more benefit than any slight accuracy gain. If you ordered a benchrest rifle in the nineties it would come without an ejector. Order one now and it will come with an ejector - unless you specify otherwise.
