Had a trip out tonight on the lamp, my mate lamped and I was shooting, got to the farm, loaded the rifle and off we went. We lamped the first field and saw nowt, I started to squeak to see if there were any around and one showed itself at about 200yds. I continued to squeak and it came in like a bungee rocket, it was shot at about 50yds. We hadn't been out 10 minutes and one was in the bag!!

I have taken pictures but they are bit graphic so I havent posted em', if you want to see em' I can post em'. They show what a 58grn V-Max can do

Anatomy never was your strong point, then?

The heart and lungs are the bits in its chest!:angry:

I think it was comment about, thats were your ment to shoot em :lol::lol:

but never mind dead is dead and you cant get better results than that

It was shot in the right hand side of the chest, it was only about 50 yds so it was slightly downhill angle and the results are................. 1 dead fox, as you say 'dead is dead', that fox suffered not one bit, it dropped stone dead on the spot!! Now i my opinion that is good vermin control ;)

I must apologise for the short range though, it must be my awsome fox calling techniques!! :D
