craigyboy Posted February 17, 2008 Report Share Posted February 17, 2008 Anyone know where I could pick one of those accuracy assets up, you know the thing that bolts onto the forend via the swivel stud for shooting off the front rest? I have heard of them but never seen them for sale. I have been looking into front bags for my new rest and the Protektor #2 bag is about the right size for the 2 1/2 inch forend, that would be fine if my forend was flat but it aint so I think it will roll quite badly, an accuracy asset 3 inches wide would work far better with a no 3 front bag. I was out this morning shooting off nothing but the bipod and rear holland field bag, shot 3 groups all under 0.200 for 5 shots and 2 just on the cusp of .300 (cant remember the last time I saw a group that was even close to going over half moa from this rifle), further confirms the fact that I dont need a front rest but I have bought one now so may as well play with it.
