One of the cities here in the US (In Maryland, I believe) had a "Survey" as to who owned firearms, After the survey was done and recorded, they used the information as the basis for another bit of legislation banning firearms then turned the "confidential" list of gun owners over to the police; something the courts upheld because it was yet another branch of city government. ~Andrew Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
