My main gripe with Mil NV gear is its restricted and controlled outside the US , BUT not inside the US ? US civies can buy the very latest Mil NV gear , that in its self makes a mockery of the so-called ITAR control , if its Mil use then US civies should not be allowed to purchase it , just LIKE I am .
